The enneagram is a system that describes nine distinct personality types ("ennea" is Greek for nine). It has proven to be a surprisingly accessible and useful psychological/spiritual tool that can help us better understand ourselves and others.
The enneagram's roots are ancient,
but it has evolved to fully complement
modern psychological models.
The enneagram is most valuable when you identify your own type, because when you clearly see that (like everyone else) you have identifiable patterns, quirks, strengths and challenges, you begin to feel compassion for the struggles others have with their personalities.

The Enneagram - Finding your Type
This 3-class session is your appetizer. It's for those who haven't yet found their type or for those who want to deepen their basic understanding of the enneagram.
We'll cover the 9 types, centers of intelligence, lines of connections, and history.
This 6-class session is your main course. In it we'll cover all the "Finding Type" material along with instinctual subtypes, triads, and relationship interactions.
This 2-class session will help you see how two enneagram types interact in
close relationship. It's great for a couple considering moving in together, getting married, or for those just wanting a deeper understanding of each other.

I was certified in The Narrative Enneagram in 2012. TNE is an internationally recognized and respected program founded by Helen Palmer and David Daniels.
